Refund Policy

PAYMENT + ACCESS

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Upon registration and payment, class access is provided via Zoom links sent to your registered email address.

SINGLE CLASSES + DROP INS

  • You may cancel a single class and request a full refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.

  • If there is an emergency or technical issues on our end preventing class delivery, you will be offered a make-up class or full refund.
     

 

PACKAGES + SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Refunds for class packages or monthly subscriptions are available within 7 days of purchase, as long as no classes have been used or accessed.

  • Once a class has been attended or accessed, the package is considered non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled anytime to avoid future charges, but prorated refunds will not be issued for the remaining period.
     

 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • You may cancel or reschedule a private session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, except in emergencies, at our discretion.
     

 

COURSES + WORKSHOPS

  • Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the course or workshop begins.

  • Once a program has started, fees are non-refundable, though you may request credit or transfer options, which we review case-by-case.
     

 

TECHNICAL ISSUES

We use Zoom to deliver our live online classes. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from joining:

  • Contact us at BodyLabByLily@gmail.com within 24 hours of the missed class.

  • If the issue is on our end, you will be offered a reschedule, credit, or refund.

  • If the issue is on your end (e.g., internet problems), we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule, but no refund is guaranteed.
     

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email us at bodylabbylily@gmail.com with the following:

  • Full name

  • Email used at registration

  • Date/time of class 

  • Reason for refund request
     

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal within 5–7 business days.
