The name marrow speaks to what is essential; a nucleus of life force, our deep knowing, vitality, and truth. We are dedicated to practices that dig beneath the surface, cultivate intelligence in the body, clarity in the mind, and resonance in creative life.
This is an inquiry-based approach to movement, health and consciousness that values rigor, play, and presence.
Through practice, study, and shared exploration, The Marrow Studio supports people of all bodies to question perceived limits and support their innate power. We approach the body as an interconnected ecosystem: structural, energetic, intuitive and creative. In doing so, we cultivate connection to something larger than ourselves: the infinite, the sacred, a shared consciousness moving through us. Our goal is to strengthen our collective capacity to feel, think, and act with embodied presence, syncing body, mind, and spirit—where inner knowing becomes outer radiance, and personal practice unfolds as a form of civic care.
Through yoga, we will sweat, strengthen, release and align patterns in the body. With meditation, sound and breath, we will detox the mind, explore modes of focus, flow states, brain fog, indecisiveness, melancholy and reshaping limiting beliefs. We will also address fatigue, injury prevention and recovery, examining the bio-mechanical needs and challenges of endurance work life, such as sitting and standing for long hours, often a culprit of back and shoulder pain, headaches, and wrist injuries. Our work investigates living with injury, pain and disability, providing an adaptable, trauma-informed practice shaped by lived experience and evidence-based research.
Our practice portal offers a library of classes, both live and recorded for your curation. In addition we will be offering practice and lifestyle prompts—rituals, food and book reflections, co-working sessions, conversations and Q&As, with studio visits and more interaction to come.
Private consultations are available upon request.

Our founder, Lily Baldwin, is a multidisciplinary artist and certified yoga teacher, Pilates Mat, and Zero Balancing practitioner, with specialization in therapeutics. With a professional background in dance and over 20 years of experience leading private and group classes, her work is also informed by lived experience with disability.
Based in New York City, Lily bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary modalities, weaving together kundalini, hatha and vinyasa traditions, functional anatomy, injury prevention and recovery, and core stabilization techniques. Her approach is further informed by tenets of Chinese Medicine, Buddhist philosophy, and Tantric traditions.
Lily’s work explores the intersection of mysticism and science, theory and praxis—investigating how perception and frequency shape our matrix.
