This hour-long class will deepen your relationship to your body, psyche and self during this time of creation.
Through easy flow and aligned engagement, we will build energy and activate tight and lethargic muscles, turning the mind towards clarity and the body towards peacefulness.
This class is geared towards pregnant mothers, those considering pregnancy, mothers needing support, and those interested in embodying a more intuitive co-existence with oneself.
Each session sources yoga, therapeutic strength and alignment techniques, and eastern energy medicine principles. We begin with tuning in, warming up, exploring the nuance of your body's range of motion, building articulate strength, using pranayama and mantra for frequency amplification, then we will finish with a brief Q+A.
Lily is a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainer, with Akal Khalsa RN, MSN, Kundalini, Prenatal, Post-Natal and Children’s Teacher Trainer.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary!
